• Personal Data: Name, email address, role, school association, and billing records.
• Exam Content: Questions, terms, subjects, option keys, test structures, and student scores.
• Anti-Cheat Logs: Event timestamps, browser focus records, window switches, and session identifiers (for online student exam monitoring).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our educational and test-generation platform.
• To process transaction checkouts and verify manual payments.
• To securely log and compute student anti-cheat data during active assessment windows.
• To improve our AI-assisted features (using secure third-party AI service providers) while ensuring school data privacy. We do not use your proprietary test questions to train public AI models.

3. Sharing and Disclosing Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with third-party tools essential for platform operation:

• Payment Partners: Merchant gateways (PayMongo for QR Ph / GCash / Maya, and Paddle for Credit/Debit cards & PayPal) receive only the minimum information required to securely process transactions. Direct GCash Manual transfers are verified directly by our administration.
• AI Infrastructure: Secure third-party AI service providers handle item adjustments and prompts under strict privacy terms that prevent user content from being used to train public models.
• Database Provider: Database records are stored securely on Supabase servers in compliance with data privacy guidelines.

4. Data Protection and Security

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, exam answer sheets, and principal logs against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All web traffic uses secure HTTPS protocol, and user sessions are encrypted.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to maintain your login state, remember dashboard preferences, and capture anonymous layout analytics. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some features of the dashboard may not function correctly as a result.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, edit, or delete your personal account data at any time from your settings panel. To request deletion of your school or division history, please contact support.
