1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Automated Exam (the "Service" or "automatedexam.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Plans, Duration Access, and Billing

We offer access to our premium features on a plan basis (Pro and Enterprise) available in 1-week, 1-month, and 1-year access durations:

• Payments are processed securely via local gateway PayMongo (supporting QR Ph, GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank apps), international merchant provider Paddle (supporting Credit/Debit cards and PayPal), or direct GCash Manual transfers verified by our admin.
• Access fees are charged in advance depending on your selected access duration (1 Week, 1 Month, or 1 Year).
• Fixed-term access automatically expires at the end of the selected period unless renewed, returning your account to the FREE tier.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Policies

As an educational platform, you agree to use the Service solely for legitimate academic and administrative purposes:

• You will not upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
• You are solely responsible for the exams, questions, and items you generate, share, or administer.
• Attempting to bypass anti-cheat protections, scraping the service, or distributing test content unlawfully is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, algorithms, templates, and trademarks, is the property of Automated Exam and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any exam questions, school registries, and student data uploaded by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Automated Exam be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, exam interruptions, or administrative errors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms of Service.
